ENGINEERING AND DESIGN
Development of mechanical engineering solutions for customers seeking an effective solution to a technical problem. During the whole process we work together with the end users and operators to gather important information regarding functionality, robustness and appearance from the direct source. AVIATEC accompanies the customer from the definition of the requirements to the delivery of the end product.
CNC MACHINING
Machining of high-complexity/low-volume projects. We have experience with machining of superalloys, close tolerances and application of special processes after machining is done. Machining of prototypes and First Article parts. Most of our machined parts are exported to the US.
ASSEMBLY OPERATIONS
Assembly of mechanical components according to customer requirements. If necessary, we also perform functional tests (load test, hydraulic test, pneumatic test) and report the results according to established testing protocols.
WELDING CONSTRUCTIONS
Welding of steel and aluminum alloys, superalloys. Procedure under standards according to the requirements of high-technology industries. Welding techniques available: SMAW, GMAW, GTAW.
NDT
Non-Destructive Inspections of new parts or parts in service, aimed at ensuring long-term reliability of their performance. Level III Inspector for Visual Inspection, Liquid Penetrant, Magnetic Particles, Eddy Current and Ultrasonic. Level II Inspector for Radiography.
SPECIAL TRAINING
Training in Quality Management, Quality Assurance and Quality Control. Explored topics include Non Conformance Management, First Article Management, Measurement System Analysis, GD&T, Quality Planning and Control, Operational Risk Management.
